Patna, Aug 15: VHP general secretary Praveen Togadia was not allowed to participate in the Independence Day celebrations here and was packed off to Delhi soon after his arrival from Mumbai, official sources said. "Togadia was not even allowed to come out of the LNJP International Airport here and was made to board the same flight to Delhi by the Patna district authorities," they said. He was to participate in the VHP's function to mark the day. Earlier, the Patna district administration had banned all the programmes of Togadia and clamped section 144 of CrPC apprehending breach of peace in Patna sub-division area during his visit.
