Lucknow, July 21: The condition of president of Ramjanmabhoomi Trust Mahant Ramchandra Pramanhans is stable and he is responding well to the treatment, hospital sources said here today. The mahant had displayed "behavioural problems" for which psychiatrists from the Chatrapati Shahuji Maharaj Medical University (CSMMU) here were and there is improvement in his condition, Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPGI) sources said.

He is now calm and also talking to the hospital staff, they said adding he also had light food earlier in the day.

The mahnat was brought here from Faizabad after he complained of restlessness and lack of appetite last week.
