Los Angeles: Reality TV star Khloe Kardashian's estranged husband and former NBA star Lamar Odom has requested a judge to deny her spousal support.

According to court documents, Odom, 36, responded to Kardashian's filing for divorce, agreeing with her that irreconcilable differences was the cause of, reports people.com.

The couple first filed for divorce in 2013, but the “Keeping up with the Kardashians” star called off the divorce last October after Odom suffered an overdose. 

"This is a very delicate and difficult time for both Lamar and Khloé, and the most sensible thing to do at such a time is not make any big moves and put everything on hold," a source said previously.

Kardashian filed for divorce a second time in May.
