Shimla, Feb 16: Himachal Chief Minister P K Dhumal today asked the people of the state to vote the BJP back to power in the February 26 polls keeping in mind the "unprecedented" development carried out by the party during the last five years. Addressing election meetings at Sahoo, Tissa and Banikhet in Chamba district, Dhumal said his government had given priority to roads, education, health and safe drinking water facilities during its tenure. He said it was due to the sincere efforts of his government that gaddis and gujjars had got tribal status. Dhumal warned people of the false propaganda launched by various political leaders to malign the clean image of BJP and give them a befitting reply in the Feb 26 polls by voting the party back to power in the state.
