Indore, Nov 18: Giving a new twist to the Godhra incident, Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi today alleged that the conspiracy for it was hatched in Madhya Pradesh and said that Chief Minister Digvijay Singh should tell the inquiry commission about the persons who boarded the ill-fated train from Ratlam.
Indore, Nov 18: Giving a new twist to the Godhra incident, Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi today alleged that the conspiracy for it was hatched in Madhya Pradesh and said that Chief Minister Digvijay Singh should tell the inquiry commission about the persons who boarded the ill-fated train from Ratlam.
Modi, who arrived here to campaign for BJP in the tribal Dhar and Jhabua districts, told reporters that Singh will have to reply to the Godhra Commission where in MP the conspiracy was hatched and what his government was doing to catch those responsible for the incident.
"Why did the Madhya Pradesh government turn down the request tendered by the Gujarat government for the police force to tackle the crisis?" Modi said in response to Singh's remark that the Gujarat experiment will not be allowed to succeed in Madhya Pradesh.
