Bhopal, June 16: Madhya Pradesh Janata Dal (United) would contest all the 230 seats in the coming assembly elections, its state unit president Bachchan Nayak said today. Addressing a press conference here, Bachchan claimed that out of 230 assembly seats in the state, his party is in a decisive position in 100 seats. Nayak said the decision to contest all the assembly seats was taken yesterday at the party's concluding convention of state council, which was attended by its parliamentary board president Ramjeewan Singh and general secretary Tanveer Hasan. A detailed action plan had been prepared at the convention and state and divisional-level election campaign committees have been set up, he added. Bureau Report
