New Delhi, June 02: A city court hearing the Tandoor case has summoned three doctors to ascertain whether Naina Sahni - wife of former Delhi youth Congress leader and prime accused Sushil Sharma - was allegedly shot dead. Additional sessions judge G P Thareja ordered the summoning of the doctors - Bharat Singh, Dogra and Kiran - to clear the doubts about prosecution's allegations that bullet was found in Sahni's skull.
Singh and Dogra were examined earlier regarding the second post-mortem done on Sahni's body. But Kiran, who took the X-ray of the body, has not yet been examined.
"If incomplete report has been exhibited, it serves no purpose. The report must be proved in toto," the court said ordering resummoning of Singh and Dogra besides asking Kiran to appear before it tomorrow and the day after for "clearing the position of X-ray, additional reports of bullets and reconstruction of the skull".
Sushil Sharma, facing charges of murdering Sahni and burning the body in a 'Tandoor', had told the court that only after seeing the X-ray films of her skull can he answer questions about the bullets allegedly found in the skull.
The prosecution told the court that it had deposited eight X ray films taken at the time of Naina Sahni's second post mortem in the court.
However, the claim could not be verified as the record keeper was on leave.
