The ongoing Indo-Pak stand-off will be a key issue at the US-Russia summit in Moscow next week, a senior Russian official said on Wednesday. In view of the latest developments in sub-continent this issue would be discussed in detail among other key international issues by President George W Bush and his Russian host Vladimir Putin, the official said on condition of anonymity.
President Bush is expected to brief Putin on the outcome of US assistant secretary of state on South Asia Christina Rocca's current visit to India and Pakistan, he said. He, however, added the two presidents are unlikely to issue any joint statement on Indo-Pak stand-off in South Asia.
