Designated judge A P Bhangale has reserved until Monday his orders or discharge plea made by shah and Dubai-based jeweller Mohammed Shamshuddin alias Bhatiya, as well as on bail petitions filed by producer Nasim Rizvi and his assistant Abdul Rahim Allah Baksh.
All the four accused are charged with developing alleged nexus with Pakistan-based gangster Chota Shakeel to target film personalities for personal gains.
Police claim to have recorded telephonic conversations of Shah, Rizvi and Abdul Rahim with Shakeel which reveal their alleged nexus.
Of the four accused, Shah and Bhatija have been released on bail, while the other two are in custody. The prosecution
