New Delhi, Aug 26: The first-ever All India Sports Congress would be held in the national capital today, according to the All India Council of Sports. The Congress, which will be inaugurated by Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, will discuss various issues pertaining to implementation of National Sports Policy, resource generation for promotion of sports in the country. The implementation of PM's ten point suggestions for development of sports in India would also be taken up for discussion, B K Das, member secretary, AICS, said in a statement here today.
