Mumbai, Nov 22: The tainted Maharashtra middle order batsman Abhijit Kale, who is alleged to have offered bribe to two Indian selectors for a place in the India `A` side, will appear before Maharashtra Cricket Association`s (MCA) three-man inquiry committee at Pune today. MCA Joint Secretary J U Mitkar told a news agency over phone from Aurangabad on Friday that kale has been asked to appear before the three-man panel comprising S K Sathe (test umpire), T K Handu and S Mandale (both All India Panel Umpire) to give his version. "The MCA Managing Committee, under the chairmanship of President S G Balasaheb Thorve, will then meet again soon to decide the next course of action to be taken," he said. Bureau Report
