Kolkata, Sept 12: Wipro ePeripherals Limited is considering to come out with a public offer of its shares within the next 18 months. The general manager (marketing) of WeP Peripherals, S Nagarjuna, told reporters on Friday that the nothing has been decided as of now, but an IPO might come in the next 18 months.
Wipro Limited has 38 per cent stake in WeP Peripherals, while the balance was being held by employees.

Talking about future plans, he said that the company would start manufacturing mono laser printers from the next quarter of the current financial year.
These printers will be manufactured at the company's plants in Hyderabad and Mysore.
In the last financial year, the company notched up a turnover of Rs 210 crore, Nagarjuna said, adding that a 15 per cent growth is expected in the current financial in terms of revenue. Bureau Report
