IOB men, in excellent form throughout the tournament, led 43-21 at half-time before registering their second straight and ninth overall title Tirumph.
Hariharasudan (19), Robinson (10) and Sivashankar (10) did the bulk of the scoring for IOB, while A D Sugavaneswar, who won the most valuable player award, led from the front for the losers with 15 points.
In the match to decide the third place, Tisco defeated central excise, Kochi, 75-56.
