Palestinian security officials accused the Israeli Army on Saturday of having planted a bomb that killed a member of Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat`s Fatah.

Ezzedin Abu Issa, 24, was killed and two other Palestinians injured in an overnight blast near Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip.
The victim was a member of an armed wing of Fatah and of a Palestinian security service.
The sources said that an explosive device had been planted by the Israeli Army in an empty house used by Abu Issa's group.
However, the Palestinian enquiry has yet to determine the exact circumstances of the blast.
An Israeli military spokesman said that the army was not a aware of the incident, while military radio said that Abu Issa could have died while handling a bomb meant to be used for an anti-Israeli attack.
His death brings to 770 the number of people killed since the Palestinian Intifada or uprising started last September 28, including 591 Palestinians and 157 Israelis.
