Srinagar, Nov 14: Militants shot dead an informer of security forces in Budgam district of central Kashmir, official sources said today. Shiraz Ahmad Rather, 22, a resident of Gatipora, was gunned down by militants while he was coming back home after offering prayers at a mosque last night, the sources said.
Rather was sent to Srinagar hospital where he was declared brought dead, the sources said. Bureau Report
