Jaipur, Jan 15: The severe cold wave sweeping Rajasthan showed signs of let-up as mercury rose at many places though the night temperatures in Churu, Pilani and Sriganganagar recorded 2 degree celsius each, meteorological department said today. Chiru, Pilani and Sriganganagar were the coldest places in the state while temperature rose at most places compared to Monday. Meanwhile, Bharatpur and Udaipur recorded a minimum of 3 degree celsius followed by Bhilwara 5, Jaipur 6 and Bikaner 7. The cold wave would further ease in next 48 hours, a forecast said.
