Gangtok, Apr 14: Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee today expressed confidence that India's "good relations" with Iraq would continue even after a post-war government is installed and called for a speedy reconstruction of that country. Vajpayee told reporters it would have been better if the war had not taken place but now that it was coming to an end, India was looking forward to quick reconstruction work in Iraq with which it always had good relations. "We hope our good relations with Iraq will continue even after installation of an alternative regime in that country," he said.
