Chandigarh, Apr 23: The Haryana government today said only those Kashmiri migrants residing in the state who have registered themselves with the Jammu and Kashmir Relief Organisation (migrants) or Resident Commissioner, New Delhi, would be issued Permanent Resident Certificate. An official spokesman said here that a communication to this effect had been received by the state government from the J&K government. According to the notification, R K Thusu, relief commissioner (migrant) Jammu, has been appointed as the competent authority to grant Permanent Resident Certificates in favour of Kashmiri migrants.
