Kolkata, Aug 23: Manipur Governor Arvind Dave today took additional charge as Governor of West Bengal to officiate in place of Viren J Shah who has left for a month-long tour of Europe. Dave was administered the oath of office by Justice Ajoy Nath Ray, the senior most judge of the Calcutta High Court. Chief Minister Buddhadev Bhattacharjee and some of his Cabinet colleagues were among those present on the occasion. Bureau Report
