New Delhi: Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, who was acquitted of all charges in the infamous 2002 hit-and-run case by the Bombay High Court has now filed a caveat in Supreme Court against the Maharashtra government's appeal challenging his acquittal.

According to DNA, the superstar filed the caveat on Thursday. He has sought in court to hear him out before giving out an order on the state government's appeal.


Although, no official word has been put forth either by the actor or by his lawyers as yet.
