New Delhi: If the latest reports stand true then there might be some respite for Bollywood Sanjay Dutt. The 56-year-old actor, who is currently lodged in Pune's Yerwada Jail, might get lucky and see a six-month cut in his jail term, reportedly.

According to TOI.com report, which has attributed the news originally to Maharashtra Times, there is a possibility that Dutt, on account of his good behaviour might come out as a free man quite early. The report suggests that a jail inmate can get a minimum respite of 114 days if his behaviour has been good during their term.

Dutt, 56, is lodged at the Yerwada prison in Pune where he is serving the five-year sentence for possession of illegal arms and ammunition in the 1993 Mumbai serial blasts case.
