Chandigarh, Oct 23: Ace rifle shooter Abhinav Bindra has withdrawn from the shooting events of the first Afro-Asian Games being held in Hyderabad on the advice of his coaches in America. Bindra, who had been undergoing training in Colorado springs for next year's Olympics, has pulled out of the games since he would be left with little time to recover from jetlag after the long journey from the us, a press release from the shooter's family said here today. Bindra was to arrive in Delhi today and his decision to withdraw from the games had been conveyed to the national rifle association of India by national coach Prof Sunny Thomas, the release claimed.
