Rewa (MP), Nov 25: In a fresh attack on the Congress
in Madhya Pradesh, Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee today
accused the state government of rigging electoral rolls and
"ruining" infrastructure and said no amount of atonement will
be forgiven by the people.
Addressing an election meeting here, he alleged that the
Congress government had prepared "bogus" voters list. "If the
list is forged, then the voters are also forged."
Picking the Digvijay Singh regime on its performance for
a stinging criticism, Vajpayee said it had committed a serious
crime by ruining roads and power sector despite central help.
