Rain hits Jaipur-Ajmer regions
Jaipur, June 26: The south-west monsoon got activated over Jaipur-Ajmer regions as moderate to heavy rains occurred at many places in last 24 hours in Rajasthan, a MeT report said.

Jamwa Ramgarh received a maximum rainfall of 5 Cms followed by Karoli, Devali and Bisalpur 4 cms each.
Barring parts of western Rajasthan including Jodhpur, Barmer, Jaisalmer, Churu and Bikaner, there was light to heavy downpour at most places since yesterday. The rainfall at Pushkar, Ramgarh (Alwar), Arai, Ramgarh, Tonk, Ajmer, Jaipur, Baswa, Mandalgarh and Jahajpur varied between 1-3 cms.
The scattered rains would continue in eastern parts of the state during the next 24 hours, a forecast said.
