He told reporters here that it would not be a 'surprise'
if Vaiko takes up the issue of amendments to Pota.
Ganesan also said with a view to enlightening people about the stand of MDMK and the misuse of Pota, members of the youth wing of the MDMK would undertake a "Padhyatra" from here to Vellore fort on Aug 30, where, in the central prison, MDMK general secretary Vaiko has been detained under Pota.
The yatris would traverse through eight districts covering over 400 kms before culminating in Vellore, he said.
