New Delhi, July 30: Hitting out at Congress, the BJP today said the party`s action in stalling proceedings in Lok Sabha today over Arunachal developments was undemocratic.

"Congress should ask its chief minister to resign instead of stalling proceedings in the house which is undemocratic," BJP spokesman V K Malhotra told reporters here.
On the demand by Congress that Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee should make a statement on the issue, Malhotra said, "What can the Prime Minister do when their own party has split. We are nowhere in the picture." Bureau Report
