Hyderabad, Sept 26: Under attack from opposition in the wake of the multi-crore fake stamp paper scam, Andhra Pradesh government today agreed for a judicial probe by a sitting Supreme Court judge into the racket. "I will write to the Centre tomorrow seeking judicial enquiry. We will also request the apex court to set up any agency it deems fit to conduct a detail investigation into the scam," state Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu told the assembly. Replying to a stormy three-day debate on the issue, Naidu sought to turn the table on the opposition and faulted the Congress ruled Karnataka and Maharashtra governments for not coming forward to hand over the fake stamp paper case to CBI.
