Doha, Sept 13: Qatar-based Arab TV station al-Jazeera today broadcast what it claimed was "a new video cassette" of one of the 19 hijackers involved in the 9/11 attacks on New York and Washington two years ago. The cassette, apparently recorded by hijacker Sayed al-Ghamdi on December 23, 2000, showed the Saudi reading his will in which he promised "operations by the mujahadeen (fighters) against America to appease dishonour". The reading was accompanied by sequences filmed in what appeared to be Afghanistan, showing the hijacker handling different weapons against a rocky, mountainous background. The tape also included a brief speech by al-Qaeda terror boss Osama bin Laden paying tribute to "the martyr Sayed al-Ghamdi". Bureau Report
