Chennai, Nov 30: Union Minister for Forests, T R Baalu, was today elected leader of the DMK parliamentary party in the vacancy caused by the death of Murasoli Maran. A decision to this effect was taken at the DMK MPs meeting held at the party headquarters here today.
Maran, a Union minister, died here on November 23.
