Shimla, Sept 17: In a significant judgement on a public interest litigation (PIL), Himachal Pradesh High Court today gave a ruling that bans the use of stone crushers in the state. Court has asked all the collectors to ensure that this ban on the use of stone crushers to be implemented immediately. In fact in May this year, the court had formed a committee to oversee the use of stone-crushers in the state. However, the committee is yet to submit its report to the court. Bureau Report
