Moscow, Nov 10: Defence and space co-operation is expected to top Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee's summit talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin here. Vajpayee is arriving here tomorrow on a three-day visit for his fourth formal summit with President Putin.

According to sources integration of the defence industries of the two countries and bilateral space co-operation is to be widely discussed by the two leaders as India and Russia have a good relationship in defence.

They also do not rule out establishment of new joint ventures in the defence sector on the lines of "Brahmos" cruise missile venture based on cutting-edge technologies.
A number of agreements are expected to be signed in space and science and technological co-operation during the visit.

In all nine bilateral agreements, including joint political declaration and a joint statement are expected to be signed during PM's Moscow visit.
Vajpayee and Putin will also pay a special attention to Central Asia, Indian ambassador K Raghunath said.

"We have a lot to say, on our immediate neighbour Central Asia," Raghunath said briefing reporters in Moscow.

Earlier, Moscow had indicated that it would welcome the greater involvement of India in Central Asia as combating terror remains a top priority for the countries.
