New York, Aug 11: Libyan President Mohammad Gaddafi was today quoted as saying that his country would finally accept responsibility under international law for the 1988 terrorist bombing of Pan Am flight 103 over Lockerbie in Scotland, which killed 270 people. But, "is it not unbelievable that a responsible country, a member of the UN, would do such an act? Libya was a leading country to condemn such acts," Gaddafi told Time magazine in an interview. Asked whether he could be the next on the United States' list of Arab leaders to topple, Gaddafi replied, "There is no possibility this could happen. We have no interest in being hostile," he added.
