Mumbai, Nov 13: State Bank of India and UTI Bank have signed a memorandum of understanding for mutual sharing of ATMs. The arrangement, signed by UTI Bank vice president (retail banking) Hemant Kaul and SBI general manager (ATM projects) Ajay Swaroop, is aimed at offering the customers of both the banks the facility of using the combined ATM network, including those of the seven associate member banks of SBI, across India, a UTI Bank release said here today.
UTI Bank has a network of 210 branches and extension counters and 1,040 ATMs while SBI has 14,000 branches and 2,250 ATMs, including those of the seven associate banks.
