Vile Parle blast accused gets JC till June 5
Mumbai, June 05: Alleged Simi activist and prime accused in Vile Parle bomb blast case, Saquib Nachan, was today further remanded to judicial custody till June five by a special Pota court here.
Mumbai, June 05: Alleged Simi activist and prime accused in Vile Parle bomb blast case, Saquib Nachan, was today further remanded to judicial custody till June five by a special Pota court here.
About 20 persons were injured when a bomb exploded on
January 27 this year in suburban Vile Parle.
Nachan is the first accused to be arrested in Vile Parle bomb blast case. He is an alleged conspirator and suspected to be involved in the bomb blasts at Ghatkopar, Mulund and Vile Parle which occurred since December last year.
Mohammed Kamil Mohammed Jamil Shaikh and Faran Abdul Malik, both accused in Mulund bomb blast case, were also remanded to judicial custody till June 19 by the same court today.
The 15 accused in Mulund bomb blast case include Ghulam Akbar Khotal, Hasib Zuber Mulla, Anwar Ali Javed, Atif Nasir Mulla, Samir Mulla, Muzamil Akhtar Abdul Ansari, Arif Hussain Sadir Hussain and Mohammed Nadeem Naeemuddin Paloba.
