Ramgarh (Jharkhand), Nov 04: External Affairs Minister Yashwant Sinha today said any dialogue with Pakistan would start only when cross border terrorism stopped completely.
"If Pakistan is serious about talks it should first stop cross border terrorism completely," he told reporters when asked to comment on Pakistan President Parvez Musharraf's recent statement that meaningful dialogue with India could be started.
Congratulating Union Minister of State for Information Ravi Shankar Prasad for two "important gifts" to Jharkhand, Sinha said the district would now be connected with the mainstream of the information world.
The NDA government at the Centre was committed to connect all villages and districts with information technology, Prasad said.
