Seoul, March 08: South Korea`s two main opposition parties plan to propose a bill tomorrow to impeach president Roh Moo-Hyun for breaking an election law and to seek a vote on it the following day. The floor leaders of the main opposition Grand National Party and the smaller Millennium Democratic Party had agreed to submit the bill to the unicameral National Assembly, where they have more than three-quarters of the 273 seats.
