Srinagar, Sept 06: A week after killing Jaish-e-Mohammad's chief in the country Ghazi Baba, security forces shot dead two top militants of the outfit in an encounter in Pulwama district of Jammu and Kashmir, a BSF spokesman said today. Self-styled battalion commander of JeM Abdul Rehman Dedar and company commander Khurshid Ahmed Parrey were killed in a gun battle with BSF at Kellar area of district last evening, he said.

Terming the killings as a major success, the spokesman said the exchange of fire began when BSF, on a tip off, raided the area and the hiding militants fired at the security personnel.
One AK rifle and its five magazines was recovered from the encounter site where a search operation was launched, he said.
