1 cup coarse wheat


1 cup desi ghee


1 cup sugar


Procedure:


Heat 4 cups of water in a pan.


Take another pan and melt one cup of ghee. Then add coarse wheat and roast until it turns golden brown. Make sure you keep stirring it else the wheat will stick to the bottom. Lower the flame.


Add sugar and then hot water. Don’t let sugar caramelise.


Keep stirring. Until the water in completely absorbed by the wheat. You can see the ghee floating on the surface once its cooked.


Take it off flame. Offer to the lord and relish the yummy prashad with your family and friends.
