2-3 cucumber (medium sized)


1 tsp lemon juice


A few mint leaves (optional)


A few coriander leaves (optional)


A pinch of black pepper powder


Salt to taste


Procedure:


Use a juicer to extract the juice out of the cucumber. In case you are using a mixer grinder, strain the pulp. Finely chop the mint and coriander leaves and crush them so as to make a coarse paste. Add this to the cucumber juice. Then add lemon juice, pepper powder and salt.


Cucumber juice is ready.
