Raipur, Nov 18: Asserting that cash on camera scam involving former Union Minister Dilip Singh Judeo would not affect BJP's poll prospects in the coming assembly elections, Deputy Prime Minister L K Advani today said the CBI should not only probe charges against the party leader from Chhattisgarh but also investigate whether it was a sting operation. "I hope that the CBI will not only probe whether Judeo is guilty or not, but would also investigate how this operation happened," Advani told reporters here, referring to the "cash on camera" scandal involving Judeo who resigned yesterday.
Advani said that the CBI should also probe who had carried out the operation and the intention behind it. "It has to be probed whether this was a sting operation or a simple fact," the Deputy Prime Minister said.

He said that if it was a sting operation, then "politics has become polluted even by sting operations."
