Jaipur, July 26: Alleging Congress workers tried to attack VHP's international general secretary Praveen Togadia in Alwar on Thursday at a meeting, the Parishad today demanded a CBI probe into the incident. "Congress workers tried to attack Togadia at the Alwar meeting," state chief of VHP Jagannath Gupta alleged, demanding arrest of guilty persons.
Gupta accused the police and the administration of working in tandem with Congress workers against the VHP.
"The Gehlot government is feeling uncomfortable by the huge response Togadia received in Rajasthan during his public meetings," Gupta said.
