New Delhi, Sept 26: Delhi Shiv Sena today demanded a full-fledged war against Pakistan to avenge the terrorist attack on Swaminarain temple in Gandhinagar which claimed several innocent lives.
"Pakistan should be taught a lesson. The government should wage a full-fledged war against Pakistan," Delhi Shiv Sena president Jai Bhagwan Goyal said here.
"We want to know from the Prime Minister and the Deputy Prime Minister what are their compulsions. Despite attack on Parliament and now on a place of worship, they are following a policy of restraint," Goyal said at a rally of party workers. "Pakistan has taken recourse to this condemnable path after being frustrated by the victory of democracy over terrorism in Kashmir," he said.
Goyal said that the elections in Jammu and Kashmir have made it clear that the people of the state are in favour of democracy and want to foil the designs of terrorists.
He said that ISI has developed a wide spread network in India and alleged that there are many locals who support them. There was a need to identify these traitors and punish them, he said.
