Laloo Prasad Yadav, chief of the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD), is all set to enter the Rajya Sabha, given that his party has three assured seats in the Upper House from Bihar. Authoritative sources say that he will file his nomination on March 13 - an 'auspicious' day. Laloo Yadav's move to the Capital could, sources say, be connected to a perceived need to give wife Rabri Devi's government in Bihar greater autonomy and legitimacy. His daughter Misa and his son-in-law had earlier been tipped for nominations.
