The BJP would accept any decision taken by NDA leaders in Tamil Nadu and DMK President M Karunanidhi with regard to the February 21 by-elections to the three state Assembly seats, party leader and Union Minister of State for Youth Affairs and Sports Pon Radhakrishnan said on Tuesday.
Speaking to reporters Nagercoil, he said," Ties between BJP and DMK remained 'good' and ruled out any alliance with the AIADMK."
He criticised the AIADMK government, saying that in the last seven months of its rule no development work had been taken in the state.
Radhakrishnan said, "BJP would press Chief Minister O Panneerselvam to speed up the work on the proposed medical college in Kanyakumari."
"The party would also press the Centre to implement the Sethu Samuthiram project", he added. Bureau Report
