Singapore, Feb 17: The Singapore government's investment company Temasek holdings has said it paid Rs 1.15 billion to increase its stake in India's ICICI bank by 0.58 per cent to 7.3 per cent. Temasek had recently increased its stake in ICICI to 6.72 per cent, having first bought 5.2 per cent last year. Temasek, which is planning a multi-billion dollar bond issue this year, has already stated that it was looking for opportunities to invest in Indian companies with good growth potential. Bureau Report
