Andhra Bank declares interim dividend, PNB to meet on Dec 15
Mumbai, Dec 06: Andhra Bank today declared a 14 per cent interim dividend even as Punjab National Bank is to consider declaring an interim dividend for fiscal 2003-04.
Mumbai, Dec 06: Andhra Bank today declared a 14 per cent interim dividend even as Punjab National Bank is to consider declaring an interim dividend for fiscal 2003-04.
The board of Punjab National Bank is to meet on December 15 to consider this issue, the Delhi-based entity informed the stock exchange here today.
The government, had last month, written to all Public Sector Banks to pay interim dividends in the third quarter of this fiscal taking advantage of the robust financial health of these entities and also as part of its efforts to contain fiscal deficit within 5.6 per cent of Gross Domestic Product.
