Pondicherry, June 12: A 15-member standing committee of Parliament (home affairs), led by Anadi Sahu, today called on Pondicherry chief minister N Rangasamy and held discussions on the various aspects of development of Pondicherry.
Pondicherry, June 12: A 15-member standing committee of Parliament (home affairs), led by Anadi Sahu, today called on Pondicherry chief minister N Rangasamy and held discussions on the various aspects of development of Pondicherry.
The committee also held discussions with ministers, legislators and officials at a meeting, according to sources in information department.
The committee would drive to Karaikal to see the drought situation tomorrow and hold discussions with the fishermen representatives and local leaders, besides visiting the famous shrine of Tirunallar.
The committee had held discussions with the Lt Governor on arrival last night.
