Chennai, Dec 13: A coordination committee meeting between director generals of police of Karnataka and Tamil Nadu is underway here to finalise the strategy to capture the elusive forest brigand Veerappan.
The Director General of Police, Karnataka, T Madiyal and security advisor to Karnataka government, T Srinivasalu, arrived here from Bangalore this noon by a private airline to participate in the meeting.

In a brief chat with newsmen, Madiyal said that investigations were still on to find out who was responsible for the killing of former minister H Nagappa.
To a question on the delay in releasing the post mortem report of Nagappa, Madiyal said that he would not like to comment about it as Karnataka`s home minister Mallikarjuna Kharge had already replied on this subject.
The two officials would leave for Bangalore this evening.
