The latest poster of the film – Haraamkhor – featuring Nawazuddin Siddiqui has stirred controversy, for replicating the logo of popular school textbook publication Bal Bharati, reports suggest.
The Maharashtra State Bureau of Textbook Production & Curriculum Research has raised an objection over the content of the poster.
They have alleged that the makers did not seek their approval before copying the logo in their poster.
C R Borkar, director of Bal Bharti is reportedly planning to take legal action against the makers of 'Haraamkhor'.



Directed by Shlok Sharma, the film in question has been screened at film festivals and stars Shweta Tripathi as a student and Nawaz as a teacher.
