`Roy` rakes in around Rs 10 cr at Box Office on first day

 New Delhi: Even with generally bad reviews, Arjun Rampal, Jacqueline Fernandez and Ranbir Kapoor's latest movie 'Roy' has earned about Rs 10 crores. 

According to a leading daily, the Box Office has been a favourable to 'Roy' and it earned the amount despite competition from the very controversial 'MSG: The Messenger of God'. 

Even though the movie was panned by the critics for its script and flawed editing, experts are saying that the film worked because of the Valentine's Week opening and the hype that has been created. Whether the romantic thriller directed by Vikramjit Singh is able to maintain the hype is going to be seen in the coming weeks. 

The movie will also see competition with the revenge drama 'Badlapur' which stars Varun Dhawan.
